"Dua orang manusia memerankan dua pasang pasutri. Pasangan pertama di tahun 2019 membicarakan sebuah buku lawas #duamanusia , karya #jassowinarto. Pasangan kedua adalah mereka yang ada di dalam novel tersebut, 50 tahun sebelumnya, di tahun 1970an.
Karena ada dua waktu, maka terciptalah dua dunia; dua panggung, dua warna, dua tatabahasa, serta dua model berbusana."

This project is an exercise to answer this question: "what are the relationships between architecture and theatre performance?"

 

The answers are:

1. ofc, what we know as "theatre building"

2. the space and props on the stage

3. and also the way the space itself performs the story.
